Very happy with Willow Services from beginning to the end. Contacted James through the checkatrade.com and he responded immediately. Came by and checkedthe work we required and gave a quote after a few days. On the day of installation Mike, his worker was great. Worked very clean, minded his own business and open to changes. After installingthe filter on the boiler we changedour mind and wanted this to be fitted on different height. Mike agreed straight away and changed it the way we wanted so double work for him. Left the place very clean and finished in one day and a half. James came back the next day and checked the work and we made the payment. Registered the warranty and emailed us the invoice. The companyis very professional but friendly as well and the most important thing is that they are open to changes. Thank you James and Mike, will definitely recommend you ????.

My boiler had stopped working just as the weather turned colder and I searched for a decent plumber, having come across some unscrupulous ones in the past. James was exactly what I wanted, a plumber who arrived when he said he would, did what he said he would, charged what he said he would and was efficient, friendly and helpful throughout. A proper friendly plumber, reasonable prices, no upfront payment just to get him there. I would absolutely use James again.....and again.

Extremely impressed.  I called yesterday afternoon and a workman was at my address this morning.  The work that was done was of a high standard and very reasonably priced, and the lad that did the job is a credit to the company.  Highly recommend and will use again.

Over the years James has replaced my boiler and radiators as well as smaller jobs such as this. He always gives me plenty of notice as to when he is able to come over and then turns up when he says he will. He is open up-front about what needs to be done and the options available, then works with high quality parts to get the job done. He is courteous and professional and always leaves the area he has been working in tidy and clean. I'd recommend James for any and all plumbing/kitchen/bathroom/heating work, small or large scale.

James White was very helpful and solved the problem quickly. He was friendly, polite and explained what had caused the problem. He charged the exact amount quoted. I would be happy to call him again if I have a plumbing issue and would definitely recommend his work to others.

James is a very professional and courtious plumber. He is a problem solver when it comes your heating system, identifying the fault and finding a solution. In our case the boiler was beyond repair with a series of major faults. The new one was installed quickly and efficiently. I would recommend Willow Services for all your plumbing headaches.

Willow replaced all my radiators and added a couple more. Very neat and tidy work. Punctual and friendly. Very happy with their work. Would definitely recommend.
